We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager with a blend of marketing and branding skills based in Australia.
The position is responsible for creating and executing AlphaESS’ branding and marketing strategy and actions in Oceania to achieve the goal of the Headquarter. It can be described as all the messages and media you deploy to communicate with the market, including advertising, direct marketing, branding, packaging, your online presence, printed materials, PR activities, sales presentations, sponsorships, trade show appearances and more.
You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution, such as roadshows, training hub workshops and exhibitions.
Creation of internal training concepts; implementation of training courses to strengthen the market position.
Competitive Intelligence: Analyze all competition on international market, and benchmark the best ideas
Be responsible for refining new product marketing techniques and empowering sales
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy writing, performance analysis, and much more
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
Understand the situation and trends of competing products in Australia and formulate corresponding strategies and marketing techniques
According to the characteristics of different markets, formulate marketing plans
Work closely with sales and technique department to help serve customer and company needs in the most profitable way
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
You will define and implement tailor-made action plans to boost the brands performance, monitor success metrics, and ensure the brand awareness as well as the reputation at the highest level.
Planning, implementation and further development of brand and portfolio initiatives in the O2O/B2B and B2C sectors, including public relationship management, press release, document auditing, translation, social media and official website operating.
Help the local team to organize various events to maintain customer relations.
Communication with the Headquarter, local departments and external agencies.
Conceptualization, development and creation of content for all internal and external online and offline channels and campaigns: storytelling, planning and implementation in multimedia formats.
Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of media performance and KPI creation; creation of reports, derivation of optimization measures.
Promotion and strengthening of our brand internally and externally (brand actions, corporate design, corporate language, branding / employer branding).
Support of the sales team in providing product and brand content, in line with each brand vision & DNA, suited to the target customers.
Elaboration of market analyses for the development of new marketing campaigns.
Strong marketing and branding background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
New energy industry experience, in photovoltaic or energy storage is preferred.
Proficiency in use of analytical tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment.
Logic thinking with a creative way of working.
Strong verbal and written skill in English.
