From the beginning of Novermber 2024, the NSW Government offers a solar battery rebate scheme to boost energy storage adoption and energy consumption during peak hours. This subsidy forms part of the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS).

For residents of NSW, this initative offers reductions of up to $4000 on energy storage systems. Additional savings are available for those who join a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) plan. In support of this rebate, AlphaESS energy storage systems, including the SMILE5, SMILE-G3 series, SMILE-B3-PLUS, and SMILE-T10-HV, are now eligible.

More products will soon qualify for these benefits as well.
